Konu ve Kapsam<\/strong><br \/>Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme; M\u00fc\u015fteri\u2019ye ait ekipmanlara ili\u015fkin planl\u0131 bak\u0131m, ar\u0131za onar\u0131m\u0131, yedek par\u00e7a temini, uzaktan\/yerinde destek ve raporlama hizmetlerinin Yuntes Makine taraf\u0131ndan sunulmas\u0131 esaslar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenler.<\/p><p><strong>4. Hizmetin Kapsam\u0131<\/strong><br \/>Periyodik bak\u0131m plan\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131.<br \/>Ar\u0131za tespiti ve onar\u0131m\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi; gerekli testlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<br \/>Orijinal veya e\u015fde\u011fer kalitede yedek par\u00e7a ve sarf malzemelerinin temini.<br \/>Acil durumlarda 7\/24 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 ve uzaktan destek y\u00f6nlendirmesi.<br \/>Hizmet sonras\u0131 raporlama ve M\u00fc\u015fteri bilgilendirmesi.<br \/><strong>5. Bak\u0131m Plan\u0131 ve Servis Seviyeleri (SLA)<\/strong><br \/>Yan\u0131t S\u00fcresi: Kritik ar\u0131zalarda 12 saat; standart taleplerde 24 saat.<br \/>Yerinde M\u00fcdahale: \u015eehir i\u00e7i 12 saat, \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 24 saat i\u00e7inde.<br \/>Periyodik Bak\u0131m Periyodu: [Ayl\u0131k\/3 Ayl\u0131k\/6 Ayl\u0131k\/Y\u0131ll\u0131k] plan.<br \/><strong>6. Yedek Par\u00e7a ve Sarf Malzemeleri<\/strong><br \/>Yedek par\u00e7a ve sarf malzemeleri ayr\u0131ca fiyatland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015ftirilen par\u00e7alar garanti ko\u015fullar\u0131na tabidir; s\u00f6k\u00fclen par\u00e7alar Yuntes Makine\u2019ye aittir (aksi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a).<\/p><p><strong>7. \u00dccretlendirme ve \u00d6deme<\/strong><br \/>Hizmet bedelleri servis formu ve fatura ile belirlenir.<br \/>\u00d6deme s\u00fcresi fatura tarihinden itibaren 7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr; gecikmede ayl\u0131k %10 faiz uygulan\u0131r.<br \/>Fiyatlara y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki vergi ve yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler eklenir.<br \/><strong>8. Garanti, Kapsam D\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Sorumluluk S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\u00dcretici garanti \u015fartlar\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r; kullan\u0131c\u0131 hatas\u0131, yetkisiz m\u00fcdahale, do\u011fal afet, elektrik dalgalanmalar\u0131 vb. kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>Yuntes Makine, yaln\u0131zca kendi kusurundan do\u011fan do\u011frudan zararlardan sorumludur; k\u00e2r\/itibar\/veri kayb\u0131 gibi dolayl\u0131 zararlar hari\u00e7tir.<br \/><strong>9. \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong><br \/>Hizmetler, y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki \u0130SG mevzuat\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr; M\u00fc\u015fteri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131nda gerekli g\u00fcvenli eri\u015fimi ve ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><p><strong>10. Gizlilik ve KVKK<\/strong><br \/>Taraflar, s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda edindikleri t\u00fcm bilgi ve verileri gizli tutar. Ki\u015fisel veriler KVKK ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak i\u015flenir; detaylar Yuntes Makine\u2019nin Ayd\u0131nlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikas\u0131\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p><strong>11. Fesih<\/strong><br \/>S\u00fcre: \u0130mza tarihinden itibaren 10 y\u0131l.<br \/>Bildirimli fesih: Taraflar en az 30 g\u00fcn \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildirimle feshedebilir.<br \/>Hakl\u0131 nedenle fesih: Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin ihlali halinde kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildirimle derhal feshedilebilir.<br \/><strong>12. M\u00fccbir Sebep<\/strong><br \/>Deprem, sel, yang\u0131n, sava\u015f, grev, salg\u0131n, idari kararlar gibi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen hallerde sorumluluk do\u011fmaz; durum derh\u00e2l kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa bildirilir.<\/p><p><strong>13. Devir ve Alt Y\u00fcklenici<\/strong><br \/>S\u00f6zle\u015fme, di\u011fer taraf\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 onay\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n devredilemez. Yuntes Makine, hizmetin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 alt y\u00fckleniciler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sa\u011flayabilir; ancak sorumluluk devam eder.<\/p><p><strong>14. Bildirimler<\/strong><br \/>Taraflar aras\u0131ndaki bildirimler yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmede belirtilen adreslere yap\u0131l\u0131r; e-posta veya KEP yoluyla yap\u0131lan bildirimler ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p><p><strong>15. Uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><br \/>\u0130\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden do\u011facak uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klarda T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlar\u0131 uygulan\u0131r ve Konya Mahkemeleri ile \u0130cra Daireleri yetkilidir.<\/p><p><strong>16.
